We have read the School information and the fee structure and hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated therein.
We solemnly declare that the date of birth given is as per the Birth Certificate, an original / copy attested by the Notary of which is enclosed herewith. (Original to be shown in case of an attested copy)
We hereby certify that the information given in the Admission Form is complete and accurate. We understand and agree that misrepresentation or omission of facts will justify the denial/ cancellation of admission of my ward.
We agree that the admission of my ward will stand cancelled if I don’t submit the School Leaving Certificate within the first week of April 2024.
(For admission of NRI students to classes VI onwards only) We hereby agree that my ward will be granted admission only on the submission of Equivalence Certificate of the previous school from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) New Delhi.
I agree that if I withdraw the child, irrespective of whether the child has or as not attended the school even for a day after the child's admission has been confirmed, the charges once paid will not be refunded. The decision of the Management acting through the Principal would be final.
I understand that, students are accepted for admission on the understanding that they will remain in the school for the entire term. If I have to withdraw my child for any reason, I would pay the complete annual charges & give one month’s Notice in writing, failing which, I would have to pay the 'Fee' for the entire quarter.
We understand that there will be minimum of 8% hike in the fee at the beginning of each session.
We bind myself to abide by the School Rules as amended from time to time.
